John Davies attended on first day to support poster for the SSE group and run a Workshop on the work of the SSE Group

Had a number around 12 visitors to discuss the group and content of the poster. The general feeling was that the Case Studies were good and the lessons learned are applicable to systems as well as services.

Discussions were based on the findings from ASEC and resulted in the following:

Alan_C to contact the Bristol Local Group organiser to see if we can present to that group in 2017 and attract more people.
[edit] Firm-up conclusions of Case Studies
Discussions on the findings of the Case Studies have shown they are well received. Andrew_F to firm up the findings and the cpnclusions of the paper.
[edit] Competencies for Services
Alan_C to investigate if Services require additional competencies and/or the profile of competencies is different.

John D to investigate methods of stakeholder analysis and then apply them to the Case Studies
