No further contact with other working groups was reported, but this should enable useful information into the 'other' groups and ideas into the Services SE Group.

[edit] Don't Panic Guide

There was some concern that the Guide was not getting the impact we would like from the SSE group. There was a section in the proposal for a guide and about presentations at conferences' The INCOSEE UK Technical Director had personally worked on reviewing the document and the ;Meet the Engineer' webinar. John to email Jon Holt about this

There is a bit of an issue about how we refer to the 'Don't Panis Guide' partly as it has a very long name. Simon felt this was not a real issue.

Agree to deal with this at the next Meeting JD to chase

[edit] New Committee of the SSE Group

Agreed that the current currently in the Working Group meetings should be the Committee.

Mark has started to review The Systems Engineering Handbook version 5 He has found the support for Services has reduced, Concern was that the v5 is not available for free, Andrew will investigated.. All the core team is interested in reviewing tis,

[edit] Z Guide and/or Omega Guide

It was suggested that we try/draft using a Z guide as a flyer for the Don't Panic Guide. A similar approach could be tried for the ASEC Poster

All publicity stuff was putout is supporting the Don't Panic Guide. It would select a sub-topic and use the diagram's in the DPG

[edit] Z Making Working Papers available

We have a lot of draft papers from various meetings, but they are not available as reference to most members. We need a mechanism for doing this and then do it.
