Poster for ASEC2023

John had drafted a poster that covered the required content and based on the standard information on the SSE Web page.v Ths formed the basis for discussion. Comments from thr group were handled during meeting. further changes to be done off line, including one or more pictures. John to submit when agreed, John to fill in Material Release Form for the poster and his name to appear as author.

Discussions with other groups

Early discussions had been held with non-INCOSE groups working on Assett Management and on Services. Their aim appears to to produce industry standard guides. They appear to be a long time behind the thinking and work of our group (INCOSE UK SSE). Further meetings may ensue and drive our work in the future.

== Dont Panic Huide ==

There was some concern that the Guide was not getting the impact we would like from the SSE group. There was a section in the proposal for a guide and about presentations at conferences' The INCOSEE UK Technical Director had personally worked on reviewing the document and the ;Meet the Engineer' webinar. John to email Jon Holt about this

There is a bit of an issue about how we refer to the 'Don't Panis Guide' partly as it has a very long name. Simon felt this was not a real issue.

++ New Chair of the SSE Group == Agree ti deal with this at the next Meeting

ASEC2023

If anyone is going can they deputise as Chairman so we get a say in the running of the organisation.
